David is an experienced IT project manager, architect and programmer. He has 23 years of experience with software design and implementation, 17 of which have been spent in the insurance industry. David has significant experience with Microsoft development technologies including the Visual Studio .Net platform, as well as extensive work with SQL Server, Oracle and the IBM UniVerse/Unidata database platforms. He is certified as a Microsoft Solutions Developer (MCSD), has a BA in Economics from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
